Inspired by the enthusiasm of a young sushi chef, the design of the space creates a platform to enable the food to take centre stage. The interior has been crafted to complement the vibrant and intricate food on offer and designed to suit the tastes of a more mature and discerning customer.

Black was chosen to be a dominating colour in the space complimented by splashes of white and vibrant blocks of orange and soft wood tones to create a space which is pleasurable and full of ambience in which to enjoy the food being prepared.

Lighting is focused on the customer and light easily manipulated to create a dimmed relaxed space or turned up to create a light filled space. It was important for the owner to have this control depending on the use of the space or the mood of the day.
